SheSays London campaign #TakeTheLead

SheSays has partnered with Hyper Island to offer a range of fully-funded leadership courses, leveraging the £3.3 billion unspent apprenticeship levy fund, to help your business upskill you to #TakeTheLead.

Between 2015 and 2019, the Learning & Development budget per employee declined by £200, reaching an average of £1,500. Experts forecast this will drop even further by 2025, reaching 15% less than it was in 2010. In such scenarios, women and non-binary talent get overlooked the most.

SheSays believes that training and upskilling play a huge role in reaching gender equality, including representation across mid and senior leadership.

I’m honoured to have been involved in the launch of the Take The Lead campaign. My contribution was designing the key visual and creating various campaign assets for the press release, SheSays website and Instagram (including motion content).
